Returns

You may return your order or any portion of it for a full refund if any of the following conditions apply:

Lost Orders:

If your order is lost during shipping, we will send a replacement order to you at no cost. You will be provided with a tracking number, which we use to determine whether the order was lost in transit or successfully delivered.

Return and replacement policy:

Before being shipped to you, every product undergoes a quality control inspection – As a precaution, however, please peruse the section below!

If your product exhibits any of the following defects upon opening the packaging, please send us photos and your order number via email.

  1. Poorly printed images.
  2. Not orient images when printing.
  3. Received incorrect goods compared to the order.
  4. Shipping-related damage: shredded, filthy…
  5. Size, hue, and design are inconsistent with the order.
  6. Other mistakes made by us…

If you receive a product with any of the above defects, please contact us via email or our website and include images of the defect and your order number. Once the issue has been verified to be resolved, we will refund or replace the item.

You must register the return within 30 days of receiving your order and return the items in accordance with our instructions without undue delay and no later than 30 days after registering the return.

Refund policy

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card or payment method used for the purchase. Because a refund is a payment reversal, we can only transfer it back via the same method you used to make the original payment. Reversing your payment in this manner is a secure and reliable method.

Shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

Refund Issues:

Here are a few reasons why you may be eligible for a complete refund:
We will cancel and refund one of your duplicate orders.
You received a damaged/defective item (as outlined in the RETURN POLICY), and we will manage replacement orders initially. If you prefer a refund, however, we will execute a store credit or store refund after receiving the returned item(s).

How to Return Your Item(s):

Step 1: How to Initiate a Return?

  • Returns must be dispatched back to us within 30 days of the delivery date of your shipment.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging, unworn, untreated, and in pristine condition. All original markings must still be intact.
  • Your return cannot be processed without a receipt or confirmation of purchase. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning your item(s).
  • Please return the items to the return address printed on the shipping label.

Step 2: Our Processing:

  • After receiving your returned item(s), we’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve received it. We will also promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Due to the time required for verification and coordination with our partners, the refund procedure requires patience.
  • Then, your refund will be processed. It may take up to three to five business days to process after they are issued.
  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, you should double-check your bank account. Contact your credit card issuer then. There may be some delay before your refund is posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. Typically, a refund requires some processing time prior to being posted. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have not received your refund after following these steps.

CAN NOT RETURN

Here are some instances in which you may not be able to return or rescind items:

  1. You have chosen an incorrect size, color, or product category.
  2. The product’s image resolution is regarded to be satisfactory.
  3. I accidentally placed an order / I am no longer interested.
  4. Orders cannot be withdrawn 12 hours after they have been placed. Because we typically dispatch orders within 12 hours of receipt.
  5. Please note that if you used a promotional code, we cannot accept any returns. Thank you for your comprehension.
