We respectfully ask that you get in touch with our support staff right away via the Help Center Page if you need to cancel or modify your order. We are here to help you in a useful way.
In the first two hours after placing your order, you have the option to cancel it or make changes. The order will be locked for processing after the first two hours, at which point no more cancellations or changes will be possible.
Important Notes:
- Extension of manufacturing Time: If your order has to be modified, please be aware that the manufacturing time will be increased by 1-2 days.
- Impact on Delivery: Changing your design may take a lot longer than expected, which might delay delivery as a whole. Please be mindful of potential delays and make appropriate plans.
